How many streetlights are there in the USA? In the world?

I'm afraid I don't know of any statistic that relates to that. I don't have a good answer except to say that there are several million throughout the world.

Where can I buy a streetlight or a part for a streetlight?

The links page is an excellent place to look to find companies that specialize in street lighting. However that doesn't always answer the question. Just ask me and I will try to recommend a source for whatever you need.
